[Dragon Quest Island] 3 events you’ll want to experience during next week’s 3-day weekend
Next weekend is a three-day weekend!

3 additional quests to enjoy!
In addition to the usual attraction experience, Dragon Quest Island, the hugely popular attraction at Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori,” is hosting a variety of additional events every day!
Today , we’ll be introducing three recommended events that will be held over the three-day weekend next week!
1. DQI & II collaboration event

This is a collaboration event with the HD-2D version of “Dragon Quest I & II” released last year! Called “Reviving Roto’s Memory Rally,” players will be challenged with four challenges that recreate familiar scenes from the game!


Adventurers who overcome all four challenges will receive an original sticker exclusive to “Dragon Quest Island”! Complete this limited-time collaboration event, which can be enjoyed in addition to the regular attraction experience!

*Attraction ticket purchase is required.
*Children aged 11 and under (elementary school students and younger) must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the attractions, and the accompanying person must also purchase a ticket.
Content
This is an experiential rally event where you will travel around the attraction area and take on four challenges that recreate scenes from Dragon Quest I and Dragon Quest II. Adventurers who clear all challenges will receive a limited edition sticker.
2. Snow globe making experience

We are also holding a craft experience that can only be enjoyed now! In the workshop attached to the attraction reception of Dragon Quest Island, you can make a wintery “snow globe”!

- Acrylic stands available :
Monsters such as “Onion Slime” and “Hagure Metal” are available as acrylic stands with backgrounds such as Christmas trees! Choose freely from a total of three types: two monsters and one background! - Express your individuality with free placement :
You can freely arrange monsters and trees! Place monsters in the foreground, or place them so that they peek out from behind the tree… You can create your own “Dragon Quest” world inside the snow globe!

This year, three new monsters and decorations have been added, including the Santa-style “Homilot”! How will you combine these cute monsters with Christmas decorations? Create your own snow globe while imagining the world of Dragon Quest!

3. Winter Adventure Stamp Rally

The special quest “Homilot and the Winter Adventure Stamp Rally” is now underway! Originally, this quest was limited to elementary school students, but in response to popular demand from adventurers, adults who purchase a Gold Ticket or higher can now also enjoy this quest!

This quest is a stamp rally style quest where you travel around the area looking for stamps of winter-only monsters hidden within the attraction area. Those who complete it will receive an original sticker designed by Homilot or Onion Slime, exclusive to this event.

Content
Participants will receive a special stamp rally sheet at the castle entrance and then challenge themselves to collect stamps hidden in the attraction area. Those who collect all the stamps and submit their stamp rally sheet at the weapon shop in the area will receive an original “Dragon Quest Island” sticker.
Overview of “Dragon Quest Island”

This field RPG attraction blends the real and digital worlds to bring the world of Dragon Quest to life. Participants can become the protagonist of an original story and immerse themselves in the world of Dragon Quest through their adventure. To celebrate the release of the HD-2D version of Dragon Quest III: And Into the Legend…, Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings, which was a huge hit when it first opened in 2021, will be re-released on Saturday, October 5, 2024! Embark on a new adventure in Dragon Quest Island, which is based on the worldview of the Roto series and features enhanced side quests, original goods, and original food!

Stay in the Dragon Quest collaboration room “Slime Cocoon”!
Guests will receive a gift of an original design yukata that can only be obtained here, an original photo frame that can be obtained by clearing the mission of collecting “small medals” hidden in the room, a fruit plate decorated with “slime” and other characters, as well as an admission ticket to “Dragon Quest Island.” The room is adorned with numerous character decorations, including “Slime,” a monster that appears in the work, as well as “Homilot,” an original character from “Dragon Quest Island,” and the monster “Onion Slime,” on the walls and windows, and is packed with fun features such as original slime-shaped pendant lights and treasure chests!


Overview of Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori”
Since 2008, the Pasona Group has been collaborating with local governments and local stakeholders on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, working on a unique regional revitalization project by attracting a diverse range of talent. In 2013, the “Awaji Manga and Anime Island Project” was selected as one of the “Private Business Proposals for Awajishima Prefectural Park” projects that Hyogo Prefecture publicly solicited. The group is now working with Hyogo Prefecture to revitalize the region by attracting new tourists, taking advantage of the magnificent natural beauty of the 134.8 hectare prefectural park.
