At Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori,” the hugely popular attraction “Dragon Quest Island” is currently hosting a crafting experience where you can create your own monsters and items!
What we would like to recommend right now is the Snow Dome Making Experience, which is only available until Sunday, March 1st, 2026!

Flow of the experience

💡POINT

  • Acrylic stands available :
    Monsters such as “Onion Slime” and “Hagure Metal” are featured on acrylic stands with backgrounds such as castles and trees! Choose from a total of three types: two monsters and one background!
  • Express your individuality with free placement :
    You can freely arrange monsters and trees! Place monsters in the foreground, or place them so that they peek out from behind the tree… You can create your own “Dragon Quest” world inside the snow globe!
  • Easy and quick experience :
    The tour takes about 15 to 30 minutes! You can join us before heading home or while you have a little time to wait for the next bus!

New decorations now available!

This time, three new monsters and decorations will be added, including the Santa-style “Homilot”! Create your own snow globe while imagining the world of Dragon Quest!

This easy crafting experience is popular with not only Dragon Quest fan parents, but also children! Why not try making your own original Dragon Quest goods at Nijigen no Mori on Awaji Island?

What is “Dragon Quest Island”?

This field RPG attraction blends the real and digital worlds to bring the world of Dragon Quest to life. Participants can become the protagonist of an original story and immerse themselves in the world of Dragon Quest through their adventure. To celebrate the release of the HD-2D version of Dragon Quest III: And Into the Legend…, Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings, which was a huge hit when it first opened in 2021, will be re-released on Saturday, October 5, 2024! Embark on a new adventure in Dragon Quest Island, which is based on the worldview of the Roto series and features enhanced side quests, original goods, and original food!

Stay in the Dragon Quest collaboration room “Slime Cocoon”!

Guests will receive a gift of an original design yukata that can only be obtained here, an original photo frame that can be obtained by clearing the mission of collecting “small medals” hidden in the room, a fruit plate decorated with “slime” and other characters, as well as an admission ticket to “Dragon Quest Island.” The room is adorned with numerous character decorations, including “Slime,” a monster that appears in the work, as well as “Homilot,” an original character from “Dragon Quest Island,” and the monster “Onion Slime,” on the walls and windows, and is packed with fun features such as original slime-shaped pendant lights and treasure chests!

Overview of Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori”

Since 2008, the Pasona Group has been collaborating with local governments and local stakeholders on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, working on a unique regional revitalization project by attracting a diverse range of talent. In 2013, the “Awaji Manga and Anime Island Project” was selected as one of the “Private Business Proposals for Awajishima Prefectural Park” projects that Hyogo Prefecture publicly solicited. The group is now working with Hyogo Prefecture to revitalize the region by attracting new tourists, taking advantage of the magnificent natural beauty of the 134.8 hectare prefectural park.
