  • What should I wear to participate in Crayon Shin-chan Adventure Park?

    • This attraction requires a lot of physical activity, so please wear comfortable clothing such as pants and sneakers. For safety reasons, skirts and sandals are not permitted. Please refer to the attraction page for details.

  • Can adults not use “Fluffy! Quantum Robo!”?

    • This play equipment is for children aged 3 and over but under elementary school age. For information on using “Fluffy! Quantum Robo!”, please refer to the attraction details page.

About NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village

  • What should I wear to “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village”?

    • The course utilizes the Hyogo Prefectural Park area, so there are steep stairs. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for mountain hiking. Please take special care on rainy days as the ground can be slippery.
  • How long does the “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” attraction take?

    • Approximately 2 to 3 hours. This attraction includes two athletic experiences: “Heaven’s Scroll” (approximately 1 hour) and “Earth’s Scroll” (approximately 1 hour). Experience time may vary depending on the pace of progression.
  • Can I enter “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” with a wheelchair or stroller?

    • This attraction is a program that makes use of the natural beauty of Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park. As there are many uphill slopes and steep staircases in some areas, for safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted inside. Please use the wheelchair and stroller parking area near the entrance to the area. *As this is an unmanned parking area, you are responsible for any belongings you leave behind.
  • Can we purchase separate tickets for “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” for our group?

    • It is okay for families or groups to purchase tickets separately.
      However, please note that the experience content and duration will vary depending on the special mission you select.
  • If I purchase a Journey Pass for the Naruto Theme Park, can I get both the Sage Bag and the Gaara Bag?

    • You can choose one of the two on site.
  • Is re-entry to the Shinobizato area possible?

    • Yes, you can. If you wish to re-enter, please speak to a staff member at Aun Gate.
  • Is it possible to just eat the ramen at Ichiraku without experiencing the “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” attraction?

    • Ramen Ichiraku is located within the “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” attraction area, so you will need an attraction ticket to enter.

About the Godzilla Interception Operation

  • What should I wear to participate in the “Godzilla Intercept Operation”?

    • This attraction requires a lot of physical activity, so please wear comfortable clothing such as pants and sneakers. For safety reasons, skirts and sandals are not permitted. Please refer to the attraction page for details.

  • How long does the “Godzilla Intercept Operation” attraction take?

    • The experience time is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The experience time may vary depending on the attraction’s congestion. Some attractions also include time for putting on safety equipment and receiving a lecture.
  • Can I enter “Operation Godzilla Interceptor” with a wheelchair or stroller?

    • Available only in the pre-theater and Godzilla Museum.

About Dragon Quest Island

  • What should I wear to “Dragon Quest Island”?

    • The course is designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of Hyogo Prefectural Park, so there are many uphill sections and some steep stairs. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for mountain hiking. Please take special care on rainy days as the ground can be slippery.
  • How long does it take to ride the “Dragon Quest Island” attraction?

    • ■Main quest only: About 2 hours. At peak times, it can take about 3 to 4 hours.
      ■Main quest + side quest: About 3 hours. At peak times, it can take about 4 to 5 hours.
      *The experience time may vary depending on the pace of the activity. Please allow yourself plenty of time when visiting.
  • Can I enter Dragon Quest Island with a wheelchair or stroller?

    • This attraction is a program that makes use of the natural beauty of Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park. As there are many uphill slopes and steep staircases in some areas, wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted for safety reasons. After experiencing Onokogard Castle, please use the wheelchair and stroller parking area on the left as you exit the castle. *As this is an unmanned parking area, you are responsible for any belongings you leave behind.
  • Can I participate in “Dragon Quest Island” with both a Gold Ticket and a Premium Ticket?

    • Gold tickets and premium tickets for “Dragon Quest Island” can be used together.

  • Can I purchase additional Kandata Gang side quests on the day?

    • Additional tickets can be purchased on the day.
  • Can I purchase additional side quests for Dragon Quest Island on the day?

    • Additional tickets can be purchased on the day.
  • Do I need a Dragon Quest admission ticket to purchase goods at the Dragon Quest shop?

    • Dragon Quest related goods are sold at “Luidia’s Tavern.”
      No attraction ticket is required to enter “Luidia’s Tavern.”
  • Are you coloring slime today?

    • The “Slime Coloring Experience” is generally held on business days. If it is cancelled, we will announce it on our website. For opening hours on the day, please check the opening hours of “Ono Kogard Workshop where the “Slime Coloring Experience” is being held” under “Today’s Park Information” on the top page of the official website.

About the shop and the goods on sale

  • Can I use the shop without an attraction ticket?

    • You can shop at all locations except the Konoha Shop in “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village” without an attraction ticket.
  • There is a problem with the product I purchased. What should I do?

    • We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by selecting “About the product” from “Inquiries”.
      We will guide you on how to deal with this issue.
  • Can I bring my lunch and eat it?

    • You are free to use the facilities within the park. However, please refrain from using the facilities within the attractions and Morino Terrace.
  • How many days does it take for merchandise purchased from the online shop to be shipped?

    • Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding delivery times as items are shipped in order.
  • How do I exchange a defective product?

    • Please contact us by phone (0799-64-7061). Please tell us the product name, purchase date, and the defect status.

  • How much is parking?

    • Parking lots F and E are free. Parking lot A is free for the first 3 hours, after which it costs 550 yen per day (from April 1, 2025).
      [Parking lots A1 and A2] Standard cars: 110 spaces, 500 yen/day, large cars: 2 spaces, 1,600 yen/day.

  • How do I access Nijigen no Mori?

  • What is the nearest domestic airport to Nijigen no Mori?

    • The closest airport is Kobe Airport, followed by Itami Airport, and if you are coming from Shikoku, Tokushima Airport.
  • Is there parking available and how much does it cost?

  • Until what time is the parking lot open?

    • There is no particular time limit.
  • I’d like to go back to Sannomiya from Nijigen no Mori, but which bus should I book? I’m looking for one around 8pm.

About tickets

  • Are there tickets available on the day? Also, can I not buy advance tickets on the day?

    • Same-day tickets are sold at the official ticket center and at the reception desks of each attraction on-site. Please note that even if you visit on the day, if tickets for your desired date and time are sold out, you will not be able to purchase a ticket. Please check the park map to find the locations of the reception desks for each attraction on-site.

  • What are the “WEB tickets” that can be purchased at the Nijigen no Mori Official Ticket Center?

    • This is a ticket that is displayed on your mobile phone and torn off by staff. When entering, please display the web ticket on your smartphone and show it to staff.
  • Can I just book tickets and pay on site?

    • We do not accept reservations only. If you wish to pay on site, please purchase a same-day ticket at the reception desk in the attraction area. Please refer to the park map for the location of the attractions.

  • Can I change or cancel a ticket I have already purchased?

    • “WEB tickets” purchased at the official ticket center can be canceled up until 23:59 the day before. Cancellations on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • If I purchase tickets for multiple people, can I share them?

    • The number of online tickets displayed will be equal to the number of people you have purchased tickets for. (For example, if you purchase tickets for four people, the tickets will also be displayed for four people.) Online tickets cannot be shared with other people coming with you, so please check in together.
  • I lost my ticket. Can I have it reissued?

    • Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, damaged, etc.), so please be careful not to lose them.
  • An error message appeared during the purchase process. I’m not sure if the purchase was successful.

    • If your purchase has been completed, you can check it from your My Page.
  • Can coupons be used together?

    • Please note that coupons cannot be used in combination. Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
  • I’m likely to arrive earlier than planned. Can I enter the attraction venue earlier?

    • We will accept your ticket from the time of your reservation. Please spend the time in the surrounding area until your reservation time, and then come at the appointed time.
  • Can Shareholders Discount Coupons be used if purchased in advance, or can they only be used on the day of the event?

    • Shareholders’ complimentary tickets can only be used at the on-site reception on the day of the event.
      Cannot be used to purchase tickets in advance.
      Tickets are limited and may sell out.
      Also, there are days when the coupon cannot be used, so please check the QR code on the shareholder benefit coupon.
  • Can I apply the discount in advance?

    • Please use the coupon on the day of your visit. If you are a JAF member, you can purchase tickets for attractions other than limited-time attractions in advance from the official website using the coupon code on the member’s benefits page.
  • This is my first time, do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    • Tickets may sell out on busy days. If you are able to purchase tickets in advance, we recommend making a reservation. *Please note that tickets cannot be cancelled on the day of the event.
  • Are there time restrictions for the free passes sold at Asoview?

    • The free passes sold by Asoview Inc. do not have a designated time. Please use them during business hours.
  • Can I cancel my ticket because it’s raining?

    • Cancellations due to rain on the day will not be accepted.
  • Are there any discounts for people with disabilities?

    • There are no discounts for people with disabilities.
  • How much does it cost to add to a free ticket?

    • Sub-quests for “Dragon Quest Island” cost 2,000 yen for adults and 1,300 yen for children. Please consider purchasing additional quests if you wish.
  • Is it okay for two children to be accompanied by one adult?

    • One adult may accompany two children. For safety reasons, please cooperate with staff guidance.
  • What types of tickets can be used with the shareholder benefit coupon?

    • The contents of the shareholder benefit coupons vary by fiscal year. Coupons valid until September 30, 2026 can be used as light tickets.
  • How far can I enjoy each attraction with the Asoview free ticket?

    • You can experience the contents of the Light Ticket for each attraction.
  • I want to cancel due to the typhoon.

    • Tickets reserved on the official website can be cancelled up until 23:59 the day before. If the event is closed due to bad weather, refunds will be provided.
  • Are there any discounts for groups or people with disabilities?

    • Group discounts are available only for groups who make reservations in advance. Please see the section on group use. There are no discounts for people with disabilities.

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket?

    • We do not offer refunds on the day of use. If you purchase on the official website, you can cancel by yourself up until 23:59 the day before.
  • If I make a reservation from 5pm to 6pm, do I need to make the reservation by 6pm?

    • Yes, that’s right. Even if you are late, you can still enter as long as it is before the final admission time on the day.
  • How do I specify the date and time for a free ticket?

    • You cannot specify a date and time, but you can enjoy the attractions during business hours.
  • If I use a free pass, can I enter attractions that have designated times at any time?

    • Yes. You cannot specify a time, but you can enjoy the attractions as long as they are open during business hours.
  • I bought a ticket at a convenience store, but can I specify a time?

    • Tickets purchased at convenience stores do not have a designated time slot. You can participate at any time during business hours.
  • If an attraction is cancelled due to weather, will I be refunded?

    • If the tour is cancelled for any reason, we will refund your money.

About meals

  • Are there any restaurants or shops in the park?

  • Can I bring a packed lunch?

    • You cannot eat your lunch inside any attraction facilities or food establishments that require a fee. If you wish to eat your lunch, please do so in the free areas of the park.
  • Do I need a ticket to use the collaborative kitchen car?

    • No tickets are required for the food truck.
  • Is it possible to stop by Nijigen no Mori just for the food?

    • Yes, it is possible.

  • How much is the entrance fee to the park?

    • Nijigen no Mori is located inside a free prefectural park, so admission is free. To use the attractions, you will need a paid ticket for each attraction. You can purchase tickets in advance here

  • Can I enter the park or attraction areas in cosplay?

    • You may enter the venue. Please be sure to read these precautions carefully and be considerate of other guests on the day of the event.
  • Is there anything else I can do besides the attractions?

    • Nijigen no Mori Anime Awajishima Park has a variety of play equipment for children to enjoy, including slides. All of the equipment is free to use.
  • Where can I check the operating status of attractions?

    • Information about the attraction operations for that day is announced on the “Today’s Park Information” page on the official Nijigen no Mori website.
  • If it rains, will the attractions be cancelled?

    • Generally, all attractions will operate even in rainy weather. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds, we may decide to cancel an attraction. Information regarding the cancellation of an attraction will be posted on Nijigen no Mori Official X (formerly Twitter) and the official website.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    • Pets can be brought into the venue as long as they are placed in a pet bag or backpack and their faces are not visible. Pets are not permitted in the Heavenly Scroll of “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village.”
  • Is admission free for attractions other than the main attractions? Can I use the shops and restaurants?

    • Admission to Awajishima Park is free. Some shops and restaurants can be accessed without a ticket. Please see the official website for details.
  • I lost or left something behind, where can I go to look for it?

    • For lost items in attractions, please contact 0799-64-7061. For lost items in the park, please contact the park office (0799-72-5377).
  • Is there a luggage storage facility at Nijigen no Mori?

    • There are coin lockers at Restaurant Morino Terrace. Please use them.
  • What are your business hours?

  • Are there any regular holidays?

    • There are no fixed closing days, but there is a maintenance period in winter. The park will be closed from January 14th to 15th, January 20th to 22nd, and January 27th to 29th, 2026.
  • Can I enjoy the attractions if it rains?

    • We are open even on rainy days. Most of the experience is outdoors, so please bring a raincoat or similar.
  • Can I borrow a stroller or wheelchair?

    • Strollers can be rented out at the Oshibana Shop near Parking Lot F. Wheelchairs can be rented out at the Awajishima Park Management Office near Parking Lot C. Please note that numbers for both are limited.
  • What should I do if I lose something?

    • For lost items in attractions, please contact 0799-64-7061. For lost items in the park, please contact the park office (0799-72-5377).
  • Can I use Wi-Fi in the park?

    • There is no free Wi-Fi
  • Is there a smoking area?

    • Smoking is prohibited within the park. There is a smoking area next to the toilets in front of Parking Lot F.
  • Please tell me the closing days at the end of 2025 and 2026.

    • We are open during the New Year holidays. If we are closed for any reason, we will announce it on our website.
  • Can I get a taxi?

    • There is no designated taxi stop. Depending on the season, taxis may be parked near Parking Lot F. If you wish to use a taxi, please make your own arrangements.
  • Which attractions can I use the Asoview Free Pass for?

    • You can experience the attractions listed on the Asoview website. Please check the Asoview website for details.
  • Until what time can the lawn area be used?

    • There is no particular time limit.
  • Can I use Habatan Pay?

  • Is there a place to store luggage?

  • What happens if I miss my reserved entrance time?

    • You can use your ticket on the day during reception hours. However, if there are people waiting at that time, you may be asked to wait in line behind them.
  • Will Nijigen no Mori be open during the New Year holidays (end of 2025 to beginning of 2026)?
