What is Godzilla Interception Operation?
“Godzilla Intercept Operation” is a one-of-a-kind entertainment attraction themed around the world’s largest life-size Godzilla that landed on Awaji Island, allowing visitors to fully experience Godzilla’s might and power. Participants become members of the National Godzilla Awajishima Research Center and, through a film-like attraction video produced by Toho, are given an explanation of the “Godzilla Intercept Operation” that unfolds against Godzilla’s appearance on Awaji Island. Afterwards, they take on attractions such as the “Zip Line” and “Godzilla Cell Shooting.” The adjacent Godzilla Museum, the world’s first permanent facility, features spectacular dioramas and other exhibits that bring scenes from the film to life, with the cooperation of Toho Visual Arts Co., Ltd., the company responsible for the special effects art of Godzilla films.

Accommodation “GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°” collaboration room
Let’s stay at “Kaiju Land”!

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Godzilla, a Godzilla collaboration room called “Kaiju Land” will open on Friday, December 1st, bringing together all the monsters that have appeared in the Godzilla films.
This room features interior décor and tapestries depicting past Godzillas and other popular monsters, as well as a life-size portion of Godzilla visible through the window. Special processing has been applied to these elements to change their appearance depending on the light shining on them, allowing you to enjoy different indoor atmospheres during the day and at night.
You can also enjoy exclusive novelties that can only be obtained here, such as acrylic blocks featuring posters from past Godzilla films.
